Service Description

This training will prepare your athlete for the upcoming football season. The training is football performance based and will include Beginner Weight Training, Speed, Agility & Position Training. There is no other program in the area that is focused on building a young athletes core strength, SAQ, Football knowledge & Development. MVP Elite has helped over 50 HS players from this area fulfill their dreams of playing college football in the last 5 years. That foundation gets laid at a young age and is built through hard work and dedication.
